These Terms govern your use of My Lab Board. By creating an account, you agree to them.

The Service

My Lab Board is a software-as-a-service platform for managing dental laboratory operations. We provide the tools; you supply the data and the dentistry.

Your Account

You're responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@mylabboard.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the service for any illegal purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other tenants' data
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
Use the service to send spam or unsolicited communications
Resell or white-label the service without our written permission

Billing & Subscription

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance via Stripe. All plans include a 14-day free trial. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, you will be charged the monthly plan fee.

You may cancel anytime from within the app. Upon cancellation, access continues through the end of the current billing period; no refunds are issued for partial months.

Shipping label costs purchased through the platform (via integrated carriers) are passed through at cost and billed as metered usage on your subscription.

Pricing is in Canadian Dollars (CAD). Taxes may apply based on your jurisdiction.

Your Data

You own all data you put into My Lab Board. We store it to provide the service. You can export it at any time. If you cancel, we retain it for 30 days then delete it.

Uptime & Service Level

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance windows will be communicated in advance when possible.

Warranty Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall My Lab Board, its operator, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated 30 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you materially breach these Terms. You may cancel at any time with no penalty.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of St. Catharines, Ontario.
